Danny is a lifelong resident of Central Kentucky. He studied business and political science at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.

- Neely and Wade Insurance has been an active member of the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce since 2009 and has been recognized as a Three Star business. Danny Neely has served two terms as a board member. He has participated in ribbon-cutting ceremonies, golf scrambles, and attends most breakfast and after-hour programs. Danny has also participated in Chamber retreats.
Invested in Improving Downtown Winchester
- Neely and Wade purchased an old building and vacant lot on South Maple Street in 2013. The building was renovated by local contractors, landscaped by a local company and is maintained by a local lawn service. The vacant lot was cleared and a new parking lot was paved and landscaped which added parking for Neely and Wade and other businesses. The renovations improved the aesthetics of the entire city corner on a busy community fairway. Neely and Wade purchased the historic William Hickman House in 2017 and is preserving the building and maintaining the lot.
Dedicated to Supporting Clark County Schools
- Neely and Wade is proud to be involved with the Clark County Partners In Education program. We have partnered with Justice Elementary school and provide tutoring every Tuesday to first-graders throughout the school year. The students work on reading sight words and books with our employees. Neely and Wade also participates in the GRC FBLA Job Shadowing program allowing students to learn more about the insurance industry. We were chosen by Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky as one of six agencies statewide to pilot the Insurance Apprenticeship Program.
